Belv is a fun-loving, temperamental, witty and loyal phone that encourages everyone to make the most out of life as he becomes more of a wingman and less of an assistant. This includes pickup lines, gambling, amateur athletics, binge drinking, employment advice and antics. Belv always has an “eye” out for the future Mrs. Phil.
